Baylie Pelischek (formally Kubesh) is the Ridgewater College Volleyball Head Coach and also coaches club volleyball for Kandi Elite. Prior to Ridgewater she coached Varsity at BOLD High School for several years. Baylie attended Ridgewater College where she competed on the Volleyball and Basketball teams. Her sophomore season of volleyball, she was part of a National Runner-up team and was named an All-American. Baylie has had the opportunity to play every position in volleyball, which has played a crucial role in understanding what each position needs from a coach.
