Tackle Football Grades 5-6
Rec & Sports
We will stress teaching the safe teaching of fundamentals of football, which include safe techniques of blocking, tackling, throwing and catching. We try to make sure that all players are learning the fundamentals against players their own size and ability. The fee includes the use of all equipment needed to participate including shoulder pads, helmets, pants with pads, mouth guards, footballs and jerseys. Our goal is to get enough players to form two teams again this year. As always, we are looking for volunteers willing to coach. You don’t have to be a football expert to help out! This league is set up so all players can receive as close to equal playing time as possible.
